Liability for Refund<\/strong>\n<ul>\n    <li>\n        We will refund the amount in case a transaction is failed due to any reason directly caused by \n        Silk Mark Organisation of India (SMOI). Once SMOI receives a relevant confirmation from the \n        payment gateway, a proper refund will be processed to the user\u2019s bank account, and it will take \n        3-15 working days to reflect from the date of transaction. Confirmation about the same will be \n        notified to the user\u2019s registered Email ID or mobile number. Kindly note, a refund will be processed \n        only for the transaction amount, and not for any payment gateway charges or applicable taxes.\n    <\/li>\n    <li>\n        We will refund the amount in case the user has paid for membership, renewal, labels, magazine \n        subscription, and\/or any other services, got confirmation about the payment but does not receive \n        those goods and services to utilize. In such cases, we request the user to raise a ticket in the \n        grievance section or drop us a complaint on our official Email ID \n        <a href=\"mailto:silkmark@silkmarkindia.com\">silkmark@silkmarkindia.com<\/a> and let us evaluate the \n        scenario. Once we investigate and make a conclusion, we will refund your amount to your bank account.\n    <\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n<strong>2. Non-liability for Refund<\/strong>\n<ul>\n    <li>We will not be liable for any refund if a transaction is failed due to network error, electricity issues, or any other such reasons. SMOI will not be responsible for any failure caused due to irrelevant and invalid reasons.<\/li>\n    <li>No interest will be paid on the refund amount for the period under consideration.<\/li>\n    <li>We will not be liable for any refund after the purchase.
