To address this need and establish a platform for the continuous development, documentation, reference, and exchange of ideas, designs, and innovations, the Central Silk Board launched “Product Design, Development, Diversification (P3D – The Cocoon)” at its headquarters in 2006-07,equipped with the necessary infrastructure.
